Sadly Dharmais hospital in Jakarta went on lockdown recently due to COVID-19. Only patients and parents are allowed to enter.

However before the lockdown Yayasan Mari Cintai Kanak Kanak volunteer, Mrs Tini, celebrated international “Read to Me!” day together with some of the children by reading to them their favourite stories.

Doctors at Dharmais hospital are taking all the necessary precautions to ensure that the young cancer patients are not exposed to COVID-19 but are still able to receive their chemotherapy.
